  • Outsourcing sales is the process of delegating a portion of your tasks to a third party company. Tasks could include but aren’t limited to market research, lead generation or even routine sales tasks like outbound calling or handling inbound calls.

  • We discuss this process with you at the time of on-boarding. Its completely up to you how you would like SJA Consultants to represent you. Pitch is discussed along with scripts you may have used in the past - along with possible suggestions from our team should you not already have them.

  • We can, yes absolutely. Should your project turn into an ongoing sales support role, we would be more than happy to facilitate this for you. This would be dependant on availability.

  • Yes, absolutely. We ask for a minimum 3 month commitment from you. Should you want to continue the project or shift focus, we are happy to facilitate this for you and your team,

  • We ascertain what you need, at the time you need it. All packages are bespoke and tailored to suit your needs, requirements and budget.

  • We can, yes absolutely. If this is the project you have in mind for your lead generation, we’re happy to help.

  • Your company will have a goal or listed KPI’s. During an initial consultation call we will ascertain these pretty quickly. Measuring this really depends on what goal you would like to achieve first. If your goal is to achieve a number of cold calls per month to gather data - we will execute this for you. If your company’s goal is to reach your top 100 targeted clientele and book appointments - we will execute this for you. If your goal is to update your data base prior to a new product launch or pitch - we will execute this for you. All results vary dependant on a number of key factors, some of which are; quality of lead lists your company provides (if any) and the timeframe given to achieve the KPI’s set.

  • Yes of course! Feel free to book an initial consultation with our Founder - Sarah McPhail. Sarah will then find the right day and time suitable to work with you on your sales strategies, pitch, targets, scripts, cold and warm calling strategies and where to find them! Book ‘A Sales Day with Sarah’ for you to drive your own in house sales.
