Sarah McPhail

Sarah is the founder of SJA Consultants, with over 20 years of sales and hospitality experience working with properties including Accor, InterContinental, Baillie Lodges, Spicers Group, Salter Brothers Hospitality and Mandala Hotels and Resorts.

Her background is in business development and sales across hotels, retreats and conference venues so she understands how hospitality businesses operate.

Since launching SJA Consultants in 2021, Sarah has partnered with independent hotels, regional properties and conference venues across Australia, delivering outsourced sales support, lead generation and event sales workshops.

Sarah also works with properties on a secondment basis, stepping in as a dedicated sales resource while you recruit, during a staffing gap or across key trading periods.

Sarah believes relationships are at the heart of every sale and is genuinely invested in the businesses she works alongside.
